Please let us know your preferred pick-up or delivery date. If you have a specific time in mind, feel free to include it below. Standard hours are 12:00–5:00 PM. For requests outside this window, an additional $20/hour fee applies.

📌 Order Notice — Please read before placing your order

1. Order Timing

We recommend placing your order at least one week in advance to ensure bloom quality and flower availability.

2. Flower Substitution

Due to seasonal and market changes, certain flowers may be out of stock. We reserve the right to substitute with similar blooms while maintaining the overall color palette and style. If no suitable substitution is available, we will notify you at least 6 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

3. Design Variation

All flower arrangements are handcrafted using fresh flowers. While we aim to stay true to the reference photos, each bouquet is unique and may vary slightly in appearance. Photos are for style reference only.

4. Order Changes

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we will begin preparing your bouquet. If you need to change the pickup or delivery time, please contact us as soon as possible.

5. Refunds & After-Hour Fees

As each order requires preparation and materials, we do not accept full refunds after payment. Refunds are only available for major quality issues, missed deadlines due to our fault, or a complete lack of available flower materials. Our business hours are 11:30 AM – 5 PM. For early or late pickups outside this window, a $20/hour fee will apply.

6. Receiving & After-Sales

Please check your bouquet upon receiving. If there is significant wilting, damage, or water leakage, contact us within 30 minutes with photos. We will assess and handle the issue accordingly. No after-sales support will be provided after 30 minutes.

7. Flower Longevity

Bouquets stay fresh in their packaging (without adding water) for up to 2 days. Once unwrapped and placed in a vase with water, flowers typically last 3 to 5 days. Lifespan may vary depending on weather, environment, and care.

8. Bouquet Size

Our bouquet sizes are based on visual fullness, not exact stem count. Mini: 3–5 stems, Small: 7–9 stems, Medium: 13–16 stems, Large: 20–23 stems, Extra Large: 27–30 stems. Each bouquet is adjusted based on fullness and design. If you require an exact number of stems, please contact us via WeChat before ordering.
